Below average ( pathetic) delievery partner

I ordered lights for the second time - I do like the quality that why I ordered but unfortunately first time and now again delivery was delayed far below market norms !!! But I do appreciate your support on whatsup , good attitude and willingness to assist was appreciated. Please improve your delivery process even if it mean little bit increase in price . Sorry for being brutally honest but as Shakespeare said “ I am cruel to be kind” so purpose is to help not to be critical - best of luck for successful venture.
